The relationship between Caitlin and Rogerson, and the insight into why Cass ran away from the comfort and security of her American-pie family, is particularly well handled. You will be rooting for Caitlin and hoping she comes through in this straightforward, sometimes powerful story of a teenager's struggle to find out who she really is.
