Just last weekend I attended an exciting lecture on ePublishing potential given by Shoo Rayner and Steve Skidmore on the subject of their latest web venture: publishing quality out-of-print childrens books on the net, some with new animated illustrations and audio functionality. It's not the only project of this nature that's getting started as authors are increasingly taking control of their own marketing and taking advantage of the potential of the net to increase their profiles...
