Damien Cunningham's life leaves a lot to be desired and he copes with some of his difficulties by an obsession with saints and trying to be "excellent". He can quote the details of a patron saint for any occasion and gets advice on how to be a saint from øtotallysaints.comÓ.

One day a huge bag of cash - pounds - comes tumbling out of the air to land at his feet. He and his brother, Anthony, can't believe their luck. The problem is that there is not much time to spend it before the currency is withdrawn and Euros become the only tender. How can they spend all this money before the deadline without telling their Dad (or anyone else in authority who might want to confiscate it)?

Money does make people act strangely. Anthony develops an interest in real estate whilst Damien's ideas are on a smaller scale of BMX bikes and pizzas. Nobody takes them seriously when they try to buy a house or open a bank account! All the time the gangsters are trying to track down their stash of money. Stephen Tompkinson's reading of this hilarious tale is totally riveting. It's a bittersweet story that is laugh aloud funny, as well as excitingly adventurous and provides superb entertainment for 8 years - to adult. The film is released this month.
